Thank you for your interest in Harbor City Car Wash (HCCW) Fundraising. At HCCW, we are passionate about finding ways to give back and support our community.

Three Options:
1 .RFID PROGRAM - NOT VALID WITH ANY OTHER OFFERS.
It can be set up as a year-round program, or during the duration of your organization’s fundraiser. Participants of this programs will allow Harbor City Car Wash (HCCW) RFID tag attached to their car windshields. RFID tag is free for the first tag. If new RFID tag is required before the end of 6 months, cost will be $5.00 each afterward. Participants will purchase carwash at full price, and 50% of the sales will go back to the organization/program. HCCW will reconcile on a monthly basis. Application must be filled out by organization. Organization must provide tax id number.
2. GIFT CARD
Fundraiser participants will sell gift cards at prices below the face value and keep 25% of selling price. Order forms will be given to person in charge of fundraiser to distribute to participants to get people to order gift cards and collect cash. Bring form and cash back to person in charge. Person in charge will purchase cards from HCCW. Give back to fund raise and they take cards back to people who ordered.
3. ONE DAY EVENT
Group promotion on site: Promoters for Fundraisers (Min. 8 people) will be on site for 6 hours (Between 10 AM to 4 PM) promoting with signs. HCCW will donate 40% of car wash sales made for the entire day of 7 AM to 7 PM. Application must be filled out by organization. Organization must provide tax id number.
